Attend the Doctoriales as a Guest Auditor

The seminar is open to:

• Presenters (call for papers closed)

• Guest auditors (registration still open)

1. Create a Sciencesconf.org Account

To attend as a guest auditor, you must first create a Sciencesconf.org account.
👉 Create an account
(or click “Connexion – Créer un compte” at the top right of the page).

This account centralises all elements of the seminar (submissions, programme, emails, etc.).

2. Register as a Guest Auditor

Once logged in, register via:
👉 “Mon inscription” in the left menu.

• Registration is free but mandatory.

• No abstract submission is required.

• Registration grants access to all sessions and logistical information.
  ⚠️ You cannot attend the seminar without prior registration.

Note for PhD Candidates

To obtain ECTS credits, participation as a presenter with an oral communication is required. Attending as an auditor is not sufficient.
