Participation Guidelines

The seminar is open to researchers wishing to present a paper, as well as to auditors. Below, you will find the essential information according to your mode of participation.

CREATING A SCIENCESCONF.ORG ACCOUNT

To submit a proposal for an oral presentation, or to register as an auditor, it is necessary to create a sciencesconf.org account.

➡️ Via the ‘Connexion - Create an account’ button at the top right, or on https://doctoriales-leg.sciencesconf.org/user/createaccount. 

This will enable to centralise all the information need for the seminar (submissions, programmes, emails, etc.).

Submit an abstract (oral communication)

Researchers wishing to present a paper must submit an abstract via the Sciencesconf platform.

Submission procedure:

• Submit an abstract via the "New submission" button in the left-hand menu or at https://doctoriales-leg.sciencesconf.org/user/submissions.
• Submission deadline: JUNE 15, 2025.
• Notification of acceptance: JULY 15, 2025.
• Once accepted, the author must also register for the seminar to confirm their participation, via the "My registration" button in the left-hand menu or at https://doctoriales-leg.sciencesconf.org/registration.

📌 Nota bene: The seminar does not require any registration fees and does not provide financial support for participants wishing to present in person at the University of Luxembourg.

Participate as an auditor

Would you like to attend the seminar without presenting a paper? Registration is free but mandatory.

‼️ For doctoral students wishing to obtain ECTS credits, participation as a speaker with an oral presentation is required.

Registration procedure:

• Register via the "My registration" button in the left-hand menu or at https://doctoriales-leg.sciencesconf.org/registration.
• No abstract submission required.
• Registration allows you to access the various sessions and receive logistical information. You will not be able to attend the seminar if you have not registered in advance.
